Cancellation / refund policy
Should you be unable to attend an appointment or session that has been pre-booked and paid for, we will be happy to transfer your place to an alternative date. We cannot offer a refund.
Retention of right to change offering
We reserve the right to change the date or dates of appointments and offer an alternative without liability, for any reason, or for no reason.
